With assistance from the IT department, Pitt Community Colleges Transitional Studies department has developed a LIVE EXCEL spreadsheet based on the POP Test ID informer report that provides live data on all their Basic Skills programs that can be sorted in any way needed to monitor outcomes, plan, and stay up-to-date on testing, attendance, MSG, etc. We will discuss promising practices and how they have enabled us to address challenges to monitoring and managing our data. Other attendees will also be invited to share their promising practices as well. This will be an interactive session.
